Speed Control Devices

So the City of Erie has decided to *finally* synchronize the lights on 12th street (for those of you who don’t live here, it’s a main east-west road). In the process, they have dug trenches at every block in the mile or so that they’re planning on synchronizing. Not only is the process not completed yet, but now there’s a speed bump every block!

    Unfortunately they’re the type of bumps that tend to bend rims rather than be any kind of fun…
