Big mouth barking uncontrollably

I’ll take a second to report that my neighbor’s daughter is currently barking at the other neighbor’s dog and has been since I got home about 40 minutes ago. What makes it worse is that even shutting all the windows doesn’t keep me from hearing it hundreds of feet away.

have you tried barking back? maybe they just want your attention and they will shut up… if that doesn’t work put cotton balls in your ear or turn tv on really low and try to concentrate on that you can hear things better when they are lower and you will block them out and make your hearing keener or end up going postal lol
