I’m now TV-less

Not actually without any TVs (I have 3), but without satellite or cable or even a working antenna.  I got sick and tired of paying 60+ dollars a month to fund a company who doesn’t seem to care about it’s customers.  I’ve called on numerous occasions about signal and receiver issues and they’ll never send anyone out without charging.  The dish was “professionally” installed by them (well, a subcontractor) this time, and it’s still not lined up correctly, yet they want to charge *me* to re-align it since I obviously climbed up there and moved it ever so slightly (2 of the 3 satellites register 95%, the other one is 60%).
Anyways, hopefully this will let me get around to a few of the projects I wanted to get done around the house and maybe finish some of my Wii games.  The guys at work are also talking up Netflix pretty heavily, so I might try them out as well. Hopefully this is good riddance to scheduled TV as I know it.
